Mysore Classes

This is the original method of instruction given by Krishnamacharya and passed on by his disciple Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore hence the name Mysore style. Students practice at their own pace and level with postures completed in its correct sequence. The instructor is there to assist and advise individually whenever needed.
As the student progresses, more advanced postures are introduced.
Hatha Yoga
Using a series of flowing postures based in Ashtanga yoga, this class allows room for experimentation and
offers lots of variety. Through a playful exploration of your body, you build strength, coordination and flexibility. All levels are welcome.
